I have a Chiefs TT. Can I use Juan Thornhill as one of my three TT players to get the boost?

So the only way you can get all three boosts is by getting Hayes, Robinson and Jackson? I have the other 6 so have 2 full boosts now. I'm on PC and can't even buy the other three if I wanted to--they're simply not available.
