Has EA done anything about the missing GT fantasy packs?

Preordered the deluxe version, never got the golden ticket pack. I saw lots of others have the same issue. I also heard ea has addressed the issue, but have they tried fixing it yet?

damn I pre-ordered mine on a throw away card and got mine that day you should definitely reach out.

Did you do it in game or in the store?  It’s my understanding that it has to be in game to qualify.

However, i had a somewhat similar question -- did i miss the opportunity to pre-order that specific in-game bundle and receive the additional 10% off, as well as the Golden Ticket pack?  I've been through all the official documentation on the EA website, but i'm not able to find a mention of it any longer.  I understand we have til July 22nd to get the MUT `24 bonuses, i was kind of waiting to see how the Rookie Premier portion of S5 content goes before forking over more cash to EA.  There's no other NFL options out there, so it's basically this or notta.  Monopolies rule, eh? Grrr.

Not sure how much the surrounding details matter, but i have a network wide ad-blocker (Pi-hole) which typically prevents me from seeing a lot of the changing promos plastered throughout the in-game menu updates, as they are basically considered ads/spam and as such are blocked/removed from my network.  I finally invested a few minutes today to whitelist the following domain (telemetry-console.api.playstation.com), which now allows me to see the new Mold Breakers promo screen after logging into the main MUT in-game menus, which is where i was expecting to see the pre-order deal/offer.

I was hoping to double dip on the 10% discounts, through EA Play + in-game preorder, but not sure if that's still a thing.  Thanks to anyone who can point me in the correct direction.  Hope you guys manage to track down your GT packs for preorder bonus.  Will definitely update here if/when i find an answer to my little dilemma.  Thanks!  GO NINERS!

Thank you kindly!  Appreciate you allowing me to piggy-back on your existing pre-order topic.  My that's a lovely shade of scarlet and gold yer wearing, if i do say so myself.

That's what i'm trying to figure out -- i believe it needs to be done from the in-game menus to receive the additional 10% (and Golden Ticket pack, from parts 1-3).  However, i may just be missing it, will go quadruple check again now, but i couldn't find my way to the in-game purchase options or menu item.

Try disabling the ad blocker, it’s the first thing I see when I open UT

Awesome, thank you!  That's exactly what i needed.  I knew i must have missed some other domain, possibly EA related and not specific to Sony/Playstation.  Appreciate the prompt response, who ya choosing with yer GT pack?  I'm undecided.  Already have Lamar and Collin Johnson (WR).

Would’ve chose Cmc but the packs only the first 3 releases. Probably just gonna chose the highest valued and sell it off, and then buy Cmc. But if theyre BND then idk who I’ll get.

I tried again last evening, everything i could think of.  Disabled the ad-blocker (both Pi-holes), tried to change DNS multiple times, to using Google (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) as well as Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1) before ultimately reverting to my ISP's DNS.

Initially I had whitelisted the following domains, which DEF improved things:

1. telemetry-cii.api.playstation.com
2. smetrics.aem.playstation.com
3. telemetry-console.api.playstation.com
4. insights-collector.newrelic.com

I can see the new "Mold Breakers" promotion, whereas before it was just a couple of empty purple boxes, but still not seeing any in-game pre-order pop ups when i log into the PS5.  I have to assume it's working, as intended, there hasn't been a single blocked DNS query since i made these adjustments last evening.  Not sure if i'm not looking in the correct place, or missed the window of opportunity, or what else i could be doing wrong.

Hope you are getting rich with the Golden Ticket drop, at least CMC isn't terribly pricey.  I do not believe they're BND GT packs from pre-order, but still trying to find out for myself.  Too bad his release isn't better, not sure i could use that, so i'll wait for Joe.  My Lamar sale finally triggered late last evening, think i managed to get ~868k for him.  Took a loss, i bought him for 1.1M.  Back to Rodgers, which is fine by me, although i miss Niners team chems.
