NEED HELP WITH 50/50 RAMS TT AND 25/25 LIONS

I Have 50/50 Rams and 23/25 Lions any help on the last two players.

\+ Lions jerseys and Rams HC

+ I have both theme diamonds for both teams and all the player with 2x and 3x chemistry

1) Do you have 

-Leonard Floyd (2 x rams + 1 x NFC)

-Ndamukong Suh (2 x rams or 2 x lions + 1 x NFC)

-Jordan Whitehead (1 x All team chems)

-Backyard ballers Chris Long (gets x3 Rams)

-Backyard ballers Lomas Brown (gets x3 Lions)

I have a 50/50 Rams and 49ers 25/50 Team. You have Whitehead, Floyd and Suh?  Lomas Brown DT Backyard Ballers will help you to get to the 25. He gets 3x Lions Chem.

How can you do 75 players?

I'm confused and never did a theme team

I thought the max spots for TT 50 ?

Also, to do a theme team can I just have cards in my binder and the players not on my lineup or even backups???
