Has EA done anything about the missing GT fantasy packs?

Thanks for the follow up, i'll try from PS4 this evening and see if it pops up for me there.  Good luck on your quest, EA Help support isn't particularly quick.  It'd take DAYS, yer best bet is to try Live Chat support, but even then expect to wait an hour or two.

Ah ok, figured they'd take a while. I have til July 22 tho, so i dont really mind. Please update me tho! And good luck again!

I realized perhaps it was due to the fact that I had my data collection settings to Opt-OUT, but even after giving EA all of my data, still nothing. Aargh. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the box where folks are seeing it, next to big John Madden on default login screen, I've got that box with a "lock" icon over top, I'm unable to select it or even hover over it. Only the main menu box options at the bottom are available to me. No clue why.

Not sure if that even makes sense, but I'm still trying. There's an official thread on Twitter, saying to "stay posted" but no actual updates as of last evening.

Strange. Never heard of that before, but I guess there’s not really anything else to do but check the thread every day and wait for an update.

Here's what i mean about the "lock" showing up on the main login screen.  Other folks have sent me screenshots, suggesting this is where i should find the in-game Madden `24 Deluxe edition pre-order.  I was hoping to get the additional 10% loyalty discount, as well as acquire that Golden Ticket pack drop from this year's game.  Were you able to track down the official Twitter thread?  I'll try to look that up, as well.

Have u tried opening ultimate team? that’s where it is for me…

Also posted a full thread in a separate section, so i'm not constantly whining and crying here in your thread.  Includes the direct link to the Twitter thread about missing GT packs from pre-order bonus.  You don't need a Twitter account to click and read it quickly, but it's there in case yer curious.

that’s weird that its not there. Maybe contact EA? I know u said it’s slow but better then nothing, especially when we still have a month left.

Thanks, after a terrible experience with Glover Quin and so many wasted hours, i wasn't looking forward to having to interact with EA Help again anytime soon.  I would greatly appreciate if you could bump my post (for visibility).  Perhaps i should have used a more popular Forum section, but i didn't want to spam folks over and over and over with my little dilemma.  Very strange, oh well.  I'm almost certainly going to have to suck it up and take your advice, reach out to EA "Help" heh.  They usually only have some canned responses, plucked directly from a database and not much in the way of help, but if i can manage to get past that first line of reps, the escalation teams do have some ability to actually do something, they're just notoriously difficult to contact.

Yeah I understand but there’s not really anything else to do at this point unless someone else comments on ur post with a solution.

Aye, that'd be super helpful. You can literally write any response, even bump. Helps push it to top of forum section, but there's not much activity over there. I'll try to contact support and see what they suggest.

How recently did you cancel and try to reorder? Apparently EA is aware of the issues, it involves real money, so I think they'll be forced to do something, but who knows how long that could take.
