Why am i not able to pre-order Madden `24 Deluxe? I'm "locked" out somehow?

I've spent most of the past week+ trying to figure out if i'm ready to pre-order Madden `24.  For whatever reason, the in-game pre-order option does not seem to be available on my local game client.  I've tried both PS5, as well as PS4 Pro... the current specific issue, or blocker that i seem to be facing is due to a weird "lock" icon showing on my default login screen, as shown in this screen grab here:

I did discover that I had Opted-out of most data collection, however restoring that to give EA all of our data hasn't seem to improve things any.  I've also tried from directly within the MUT in-game menu, expecting that it would show up on the main splash screen, however all I'm seeing is the new "Break the Mold" Field Pass (and Ultimate Champion) menu options as shown here.

Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise and i should continue being patient.  I understand that many folks have not received their golden ticket drops from the pre-order bonus and that there was an official twitter thread, however as of last evening i did not see any updates.  What am i missing here, or what have i potentially overlooked that could be causing me to not see the pre-order / loyalty offer for Madden `24 pre-order?  I'm out of ideas, not really expecting EA Help will offer anything even if i did have 3 or 4+ days to wait for them to respond to requests.  Uggh.

Thanks in advance to anyone who could guide me here, or offer some potential suggestions.  What does that weird lock symbol under the "Thanks Coach" stuff even mean?

I realized this isn't technically "Gameplay" but was unsure where to place this random request.  Doh.

Finally followed your expert advice and opened a Support case via EA "Help" -- i probably should start a pool and we can wager on how long it takes for them to respond.  My best estimate at the moment is somewhere in the next ~week i'll get an automated email apologizing for the wait, followed by a random level 1 support person telling me that they're so super eager to "help" with my issue, then not offer anything of actual value.  I'll go back and forth for a couple weeks, before wanting to smash my speakers on the wall in a fit of rage, at which point i'll ultimately just give up and move on.

But, we've got til end of July, maybe they'll figure it out by then... but doubtful.  Thanks again for comments, suggestions, or simply moral support.
