Ronnie Lott
Sapp. Always was. Always will be
Peppers, and Kevin Byard, sometimes if my opponent doesn't use identify i'll go on a CB and play a flat zone if they tend to avoid the middle of the field.
leon sandcastle or 93 steve atwater
Warner or furious George if I need a sack

The only real negative with Trey is that he's only got 95 COD, which isn't ideal. 98+ would be better, but it's usable.
However, I just purchased John Lynch, purely because he's the 49ers GM, heh. Well, and cuz he was only 393k so not a huge investment. And grabbed Julius Peppers for 738,500 coins about an hour ago using Companion App but haven't figured out the plan, just yet.
I'm kind of married to the 0AP Tackle Supreme on T. L. but I think I'll also look into Carmichael. Really, Lurker is not required, eh? My Fred Warner felt "broken" without PA instead of Lurker, granted he's "only" 6'3" tall or something. I've also seen a bunch of folks using the King Henry BB (SS?), but seems i've snoozed on many of these options, only was dialed in to the 49ers players (namely, Anquan Boldin). Pretty interesting promo if yer into OOP stuff.
Ultimately ended up swapping out Pola-Mao in favor of Julius Peppers. He feels a little "slow" which i assume is based on that COD stat, not sure what else it could be, but he had a couple picks the first night i used him, one against the CPU for initial testing and a clutch interception in online H2H that allowed me to pull out a ragequit victory.
Don't snooze on the 0AP Tackle Supreme Trey Lance, at 6'4" tall he's not a half-bad option for basically any roster, but especially for me with boosted 49ers TT.

I want to USER Ronnie Lott with every ounce of my being, but i've been sliding him in as Slot Corner 2, along with Deion, he's great in both blitz formations as well as in pass defense with that 0AP Inside Shade. This is a fantastic choice, IMO. +1 to you, DAWGG.

Any advice you can give to a fairly new (first time) MUT player who wants to get into squads? Is there any specific knowledge i'd need, or roster setup that might be beneficial to my potential partner?? This sounds really fun and kinda cool, but i have yet to try it out.
And i've had Pola-Mao at USER since he was unlocked, he's been absolutely fantastic in every imaginable way, although i recently benched him in favor of Julius Peppers, but might circle back to him, eventually. He's absolutely an endgame card, i was just getting bored of having the same players for months on end.

As something of a mut expert w 12 super bowls across solo and squads, you should user pola Mao and hang Peppers over the top because of his weight and COD. Also idk how to teach ppl squads bc my friend and I run the exact same offense and defense but I would say have patience because its easy to get pissed off at your teammate.
