CBs and abilities for hybrid scheme (zone/man)

Made an account just to ask this question:

How vital is PA?

I've been thinking about running DZKO and DRKO on both of my outside corners and Inside Shade on my slot CBs to have a more hybrid scheme. I mainly run dollar and zone, but I do occasionally like to mix it up and send a few blitzes. 

Or

Would keeping DZKO/PA on my outside corners and replacing PA from my slot CBs with Inside Shade be the better option?

Currently running Sanders and McAllister as my outside CBs with Sauce and Perry Williams as my inside corners.

I run porter at ss and he is great. And the guy is right. deion has been amazing can't get rid of mine haha

I have PA on some guys and others without it. I don’t use the 2 AP whenever I use Joey Porter JR. I noticed he doesnt try to catch the ball regardless. I do have it on Hayes, Parham, Deion, Chad. I dont have it on Calvin who plays in the slot. I also don’t have it on my other sub LBs (Polamalu, Lott, Atwater). I do have it on my user tho because I’m usering Kearse.

I think having inside shade would help a lot but only when using man. I have inside shade/MZKO on Calvin at slot CB. PA helps in both man/zone situation but it depends on the player. Sherman did not need it when I was using him.

I’m not too sure about the DZKO and DRKO combo. Im only using that on Parham because it’s 1AP total And I also have PA. If you got TTR Sauce, you can do PA and Universal Coverage. He’s been one of the toughest CBs I’ve faced when activated.

Ya, the setup is cool, and if you’re an offline grinder it’s great because the cpu can’t beat the man coverage as they often rock no abilities so it makes those games go 2x faster. However I’m getting 10x more swats on good coverages but when I click on and try to intercept I get mossed a lot, meanwhile if I click on and swat it works well enough, but if I don’t have another db in the area I won’t get INTs. Chris McCalister is an absolute demon though, I highly recommend to anyone that can afford. My next pickup is probably Sammy Knight these ultimates play better than any other cards

If you preach for McAllister then I’m going to go get him. I was not impressed by Calvin. He was getting dunked on and he’s 6’5 which made no sense. Parham has been great and Lester Hayes has been killing it for me. I was actually running Sammy Knight as my 4th CB. Those ultimates are amazing. Try out Cameron Wake with No Outsiders. Guy stops the run better than anyone else besides tackle supremes and gets very good pressure often. Merlin Olsen has gotten me 4 picks already ever since I got him. I drop him sometimes into Mid zones whenever I send outside CB blitzes.

I also love dropping a DT out into coverage when blitzing off the edge, especially vs people who throw a lot of drags. I'm not a fan of the 6'4+ Corners, I know the ratings say otherwise but i just think they don't move as smoothly. Whenever I play someone that throws with good timing they always get beat right on the break. Sammy Knight is probably my next pickup, just waiting for prices to go back down. I'll consider Wake and Olsen, for whatever reason when I use smaller DT they get demolished in the run game though. My current dline is Sweat, Reggie white, John Runyan, Brandon Graham and it's been solid.

You know I’ve been noticing the same with the big CBs I just hate getting beat with the jump balls. Lost a game last night to Harold Carmichael. He jumped over Hayes and Kam which made 0 sense lol. And I’ve also noticed that in smaller DTs as well. I just like Olsen in passing downs to drop into coverage, he hardly gets Tackles for loss or sacks for me tho. Whenever it’s a run, I sub in Sapp. I need to add another big DT tho. I’m running Olsen, Madden, Sapp and Armstead but might move away from the 49ers TT completely so Armstead is probably gone. Might go for the new Randle and just slap on Inside Stuff. I see you got an Eagles TT, nice! Reggie is 99 everywhere in any TT, I love it.
