I run dollar on defense with peppers and knight in the box. I have about 40 million but don't know what to upgrade. Who do you guys think the best golden ticket QB is?

I think best GT QB is between Shazier, Lamar, and Vick at the moment. All three of them have amazing stats. The deciding factor is probably going to be some combo release, handness, team chems, and how much you like the player. Price is also a factor here but probably not a major concern since you have 40 million.

I would pick up Shaz QB because he’s really good and fun to use

I personally wouldn't run mid zone kos as it's been really inconsistent all year, and i wouldn't use deep in zone KO either as it only lights up between the hash marks. Tank on a TE is also an interesting choice, I'd throw ID on the center or maybe even long range deadeye or pocket deadeye on the qb will keep some of those annoying overthrows from happening. Otherwise with 40 million I'd collect every single MB Ultimate card. It's hard to critique lineups this late in the year, so the only thing I can suggest is different abilities but even that just depends on your playstyle. If you blitz CBs a lot off the edge Sneed with free edge threat elite could also be a good pickup.
