I haven’t played in months but logged back in to do RPs and buy M24.
I bought M24 through the in game menu that advertised the Golden Ticket pack but I didn’t receive it. Logged a ticket with EA help but they auto-closed it with a link to missing content troubleshooting.
Anyone else have this happen. Any way to resolve it? Thanks.
It's a known issue that you may not receive the pack when you buy. Last I saw EA is aware of the issue and working on a fix but that was weeks ago.
Did you close madden and reopen it? People who received their pack say they had to do that to get it.

Very EA of them to offer a broken incentive.
Unfortunately I did try restarting the game and no luck.

Yeah it’s been about a month now and i still haven’t gotten it or heard anything about it.
