Do we think 98 RR players inflate or remain steady with each drop?

I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, i have 7.5m in coins right now, and my team is worth 4m (bound to drop each and every day)

i dont know if i should start buying all the 98’s now and preload until my coins hit 0, or wait it out? 

my thinking of waiting is; praying they get down too >200k so i can build all 32, as 7.5m will only get me 15 of the 32. 

my worry of waiting; on the flip side, if a banging set or rookie prems drop with unreal ability buckets, the 98s could go back to 300 a piece making that rookie worth 600k rather than 500k as they are now 

what do y’all think?

I think if your done playing madden do it and if you do then wait till Tuesday and see if the prices change.

Edit if your gonna do it then Monday or Tuesday is best because more than likely that's when they are at their lowest Wednesday and Thursdays are when they gonna spike. Personally I would start doing sets and replace members of your team with the rookie premieres so your not losing mega value.

I agree with Hurtsmvpszn. 

Also keep in mind that there are sets to build the 98s. I know a lot of people have been using them to save coins over buying the 98s straight from the auction house. Even if you only save 20k on building each player that's over 1 million when you multiply that savings for each player.

Understandable, if you don't see value in the rookies it's reasonable to wait.

My understanding is that historically rookie premiere becomes more expensive the longer you wait. 

I believe that's in part because it's typically one of if not the last content drops so there's not many pack refreshes to add new cards to the market.  I know last year the sets you could do were also limited in how many times you could do them. I'm not sure about other years as last year was the first time I took RP seriously.

The reasons to be hopeful they'll remain the same are that we're getting the 4 content drops and the fact you can build unlimited sets for the 98s.

There's nothing "average" about two 0AP ability buckets- that's the gold standard right now. DJ Turner is  the best man corner in the game since he gets Inside and Outside shade for 0AP. Darnell Wright is now the best RT, and maybe o-lineman, in the game with Secure Protector and Nasty Streak for 0AP. 

Plus, you'll get to chem 4 of them on a TT. This should've happened a month or more ago, imo.

I'm trying to be patient, working the Auction House, looking for deals -- managed to complete all 8 from first cycle of RP drops, plus i think i've got 8 or 9(ish) 98s saved in my binder ready to roll this week.  If i can find a 98 OVR Redzone Royale player on the AH for ~230k (or less), i quickly buy it.  Otherwise, that seems to be the magic mark, if you can build (or buy) for <240k, probably makes sense to do that.

I had a lot of binder trash and continue building out as many Core Elite sets as feasible, to get my junk slowly upgraded to 90-91 OVR.  If anyone has an effective method for building 91, 93 or 95s, i'd love to hear about it.  If you're sitting on a ton of Training, i pulled ~half a million in Mold Breakers (93+) to start building out those RP sets.  For 560k Training, you should be able to build at least one 98 Redzone Royale.

EDIT:  Unfortunately, not able to find or search for "Redzone Royale" players via the Companion app -- anyone happen to have reliable search parameters, or what am i missing here?  Not finding those listed under the Programs menu options.  Not in-game, nor in the mobile app.

Thanks, that's ultimately what i kept falling back on, as well -- using the RP Sets to quickly search, but i was hoping to find an easier way to perform similar searches while away from my console, using the Companion App.  I might have to save a bunch of specific searches, by name or OVR as you pointed out.

That's what I'm doing just waiting for the ones that I want and then when I am done sell my team off and get them all.

I think every rp release they drop the 98’s will slightly rise for a couple days and then go back to normal.

Where do I find all 32 team sets? I can't find them. And as far as your question I think it depends on if and what new cards are released.  If this is it then they will for sure drop cuz the demand will after more and more ppl get their sets done. And as far as your team I used to always sell my high value players the day before the new releases. They always drop and I go back and buy them while still banking coins. It was working very well for me
