Where is the 4th 32 team RP token?

I have seen people talking about 4 of these tokens, but I only see 3 in the reward path. Is there something I am missing?

There isn't a 4th one.. When people talk about having 4, it's the 3 tokens plus the one your team gets (which you won't have to use a token on)..
