Why can’t I give my team captain his final upgrade?

I have both the team captain tokens earned from the  redzone  royale/rookie premiere and i can’t upgrade keyshawn johnson to a ninety nine. it won’t even give me the option to  in the upgrade path. Is there anyway to fix it it is everyone facing this problem?

Everyone facing this problem EA tweeted out that they Will get it fixed sometime this week

EA claims it will get fixed this week. I have my doubts however that they will do what they say lol
