Titans Theme Team (M24) and the Rookie Premiere program

I have been waiting for the EA to drop the Titans' Rookie Premiere (which came today with Will Levis) before I made a set (and to do the objectives). 

I was disappointed in Levi's as he looks like he could be 3rd string. Even at 2nd string..... meh. Sounds like a mistake to pick him.

I was psyched about the Rookie Premiere 32 team Chem tokens..... so, I was wondering.....  we get 3 of those, I believe.   So, would my best bet for my theme team be to pick 3 NON Titans so I will have 3 extra "titans" players to add to my roster (especially if they are weak irl at certain spots)?

I mean, I'm sure I can get a Will Levis card on the auction house for fairly cheap. And it isn't like I can get 50/50 TT Chem (speed boost) right off the bat.

But I could reach 50/50 sooner and have more depth or fill poorly rated  positions

Yeah thats what the 3 tokens are for (and will transfer to next year as well)

Also, does Bijan, Breese,  aND Brents sound like solid oicks ?

I have 3 million coins so I figure I can only do 3.

Or I may substitute one for a day 1 qb (stroud or young)

If I could only pick three it would probably be Bijan, Brents and Washington. 
 

However, you ought to be able to make more than three given they only cost 500-520k to build.

If you are able to buy any 93 overall player for $30k or less as well as any 95 overall player for $60k or less to complete the sets, you should be able to complete 6 Rookie premiers with you current coin state of $3mil.  Each rookie premier is averaging around $480k.
