53 is the absolute highest anyone can reach before Thursday (unless they were somehow able to cheat), 55 should be reachable from Thursday if the amount of XP to be earned from the final drop of RP/RR is similar to or surpasses the maximum XP that could be claimed from last week's total (60k).
Many others might get over the line on Monday July 24 if they've kept up with the dailies and are able to claim 50k XP from the tracker.
