Can no longer play M24 Beta

I was playing the beta these past few weeks and all of a sudden when I attempted to log in today, a tab reading “ENTER TEST CODE” popped up. I redeemed a code a month ago through the PlayStation store, which is how I even have the beta as an application. I’m not sure what code I have to use, if the beta expires, or this is simply a bug. Please let me know if this has occurred with you, and any other information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
