I think you got the OVR around the right number.
My original thoughts were 80 OVR. But after more thought, that seems too low. But the "Ultimate Rookie" has to be higher OVR and worth the value of doing all 32 sets.
I will say 83-84 for the regular RP cards, and 89-90 for the Ultimate Rookie, whoever that ends up being.

84 OVR for all of them might be a bit generous, which would be out of character for EA. They know early Madden is an easy temptation spot for people to buy a bundle to get a starter team going, and handing out essentially a fully roster of mid range elites right off the bat to people who completed RPs would cut into that initial buy-in.

I'm just wondering if EA will have a starter team that we can buy just like they did with the start of mut23? I would think that they would. Last year we got 4600 points for the pre order bonus and the starter team was like 4400 points I believe and it was worth it. So i would think they would want something similar to get alot of us to spend our 4600 points quickly. I think these RP players will be 80-83ovr,and I would be fine with that. Maybe they have a starter team that is an 85ovr with 1 or 2 100k coin quicksells. I just don't see them cannibalizing themselves with giving everyone these RP cards and letting us start out with 85 or 86ovr teams right away and 4600 points but who knows we will see.
I think they will be somewhere in between 83-86

I guess what it comes down to, is, how many sets did the average person do? The lower the number , the higher the overall.
Well there will be cards that go like 88 and promos that are 89-90s, I see plent of reason
