Still haven't got the GT fantasy pack

I pre ordered the deluxe loyalty edition from M24 nearly 2 weeks ago, still haven't received the GT fantasy pack yet. I've been in contact with EA customer service multiple times since then, I've confirmed the purchase, double check that it was the right edition, restarted my console, canceled and re-orderd, still nothing, with the final wave if RP coming out Thursday, I'm getting frustrated as I really need the coins from it to build sets for M24, any suggestions?

Realistically, I would say if you don't have it by now you're never going to get it.

The official statement from EA doesn't seem to provide any hope that you'll get it.

I pre-ordered the game 3 weeks ago.... haven't received my GT pack. 

Makes me nervous about my M24 pre-order bonus items.

And the fact that they seem to care less to remedy the situation is especially disheartening. 

We paid money for something..... and did not get what we were promised.  AND from a MAJOR corporation.  That's particularly sad.

Where is OUR make-right??

I know what you mean, I've contacted customer support 7 or 8 time since I ordered it. All I've been told is there is a team on it and it will be fixed in a few days. Here i am 2 weeks later.... NOTHING.

Same bro, I've only built six RP sets, my goal was 12, so those coins would go a long way.

That's crazy. I just preordered mine today and got it in less than 5mins.

I've done CJ Stroud, Johnathan Mingo, Darnell Wright, Paris Johnson, Byron Young, and Julius Brents.
