How important is Fearless on Current Gen?

Just made the move from Old Gen where I've done very well all year without Fearless on my QB.  I try to get the ball out quickly and rarely take sacks... but it seems on Current Gen, Elway has been making some wild ass overthrows when he's under even a little bit of pressure.  

Obviously if you're a hard core toter... Fearless isn't important at all.  But I'm in Saints offense and probably about a 30/70% run/pass split.

Edited to add:  How important is PLE on Elway?  Should I just swap out PLE for Fearless or try to dig up 1 AP elsewhere?

Yes there is larger area of effect for 'under pressure' on new gen. So Fearless is a must.

Better question is why are you using a QB with one 0AP bucket?

I think fearless is a must have if you can get it. There's nothing worse than missing a throw I know I could have made

PLE is nice but I find not using it gives me better deep throws. Obviously, there's a trade off to slower passes so you'll have to experiment to see if it's the right fit for you.

Good point... I want my QB to have my Ravens TT chem so that leaves me with Derrick Henry and the RP quarterbacks with two 0 ap buckets.  I'm using all three 32-chem RP tokens on defense, so I guess I'll give Henry a try.  I hope I don't hate his release.
