What does Access Restricted mean ?

Was playing and winning a lot of super bowls this past week and just won another 1 and after the game it said “Access Restricted” and won’t let me back into Ultimate Team and Ultimate Team doesn’t even show up on the Home Screen ?

I’ve never seen those 1 time before weird. Yeah bcuz I went on and it said my account wasn’t banned nor should it be and I can access the Madden app perfectly fine. Weird lol maybe I need to start losing games on purpose I have no idea 🤷🏻‍♂️ 

how long did it take to get back into Ultimate Team?
