It's a good thing...longer runway for content and gameplay balance.

That is the ideal way, FiFA do it that way but they have a much bigger database of players to mess around with in terms of players.

I completely agree. I would rather overalls/ratings start in the low 80s every year, so we don't reach end game ratings/overalls and abilities as early.

Agreed

I'm glad they are. Hoping its a slow grind and they don't mess up xfactors/abilities again, making all other cards other than top end Aka"s obsolete. But it's EA so I have very low expectations after the hiccups this year.

I favor the low early overalls. The game has a longer life that way, I think that is where The Show screwed up this year with the high overalls at release.

Yup it just isn't fun anymore when every team is 99

after seeing the top reveals at each position I gotta say I’m happy I did the RP sets. most of the stats are underwhelming even for launch core elites so the rookies will be good place holders for the early grind.
