Team Captains in Madden 24 are Frank Gore, Eric Berry, Kevin Mawae, and Ronde Barber. Start at 80 overall and I believe go up to 85.

Really depends on your team starting out, if you had any rookie premieres, and you already get 1 good corner through the field pass. Usually I go with positions I hate spending coins on (oline, fb, mlb), plus they usually give free rb and corners in the promos throughout the year. This time they put one of my favorite players in here in Eric Berry. I'm going him and have him be my sub-lb. So I would go either mawae or Berry, but its ultimately up to you. Typically they have it to where you can change your capitan whenever

I don't have a source for this information right now, but i heard that we'll be able to acquire all four Team Captains this cycle and not have to be forced to choose. That being said, Frank the Tank is the obvious choice for a 49ers fanatic / theme team.
Odd question how do you acquire Jalen Ramsey? I see him on the xp path for tokens but not him per say
Frank is my favorite player of all time so he's getting every one of my carries this year. I'll post his crazy stats at the end of the year 😁
