Madden 22 companion ap log in

I can not get the Madden 22 companion ap to let me log in.  The screen never changes after entering my address and EA password. I have checked  to verify my information is correct and re downloaded the ap several times. This is with a android phone, any ideas?

I tried that, no joy. I have no problem getting into my EA account or my Xbox account. On the ap the screen never changes after you try and log in.

Try deleting app, then reinstalling.

Thanks for the reply. I have uninstalled and re installed the ap 10 times already, no change.

maybe its your phone hae one of your friends try to log in
