Options limited..
1st Contact EA, ticket usually responded to within a day.
2nd, contact Sony/Microsoft and let them know what’s going on, not receiving should be grounds for refund no matter what imo
3rd, the risky one.. Have your bank dispute it. I say risky because I once did that and Sony banned my whole account until I repurchased the item.
