Why is my TE playing over WR3 on certain formation?

Does anyone know why my TE is playing at my WR3 spot? Especially in empty and 3 WR formations

Do you have 3 WR? 
Are they in your specialist slot slot?

I do, just added Doubs there. I’ll have to take a look at the slot. didn’t think about that part
