Buying playbooks

Am I cracking up - where do I do this??? I’ve looked multiple times and feel like I must be looking right past it.

I found it was cheaper to do the set with three 70 ovr players.  Very last set on the set screen and you have to make multiple selections  to choose playbooks.

You have to be on the far left of the sets and scroll all the way down. If your not on the left it won’t let you scroll to the bottom row, it’s another stupid EA design.
