Info for those looking for refunds (need to do by tonight at 9pm ct)

Two options. Either say it’s an unauthorized purchase or the content doesn’t work. Usually once you download it’s hard to get but they refunded me no problem since it was before the official release. PlayStation chat closes at 9pm central and there’s usually around an hour wait so get started early.

They have blocked your account in previous years for those who do the refund method. If you want Madden later on you may need a new account

The faulty game option. Not a lie, ps didn’t work on release, menus are terrible, rewards aren’t working, and I get errors when trying to play h2h. There’s plenty more but that was enough for the ps guy to not argue with me.

So be it. Making a different psn is well worth not dealing with this hot garbage.
