My rewards are not updating and I cant reasonably field a competitive team- is there something I do?

I have like no coins so I can’t really buy packs, so Im trying to rely on the rewards and I’m not getting anything.   

I never got the house rules 84 pack

and my daily tracker won’t update and give me my XP, which would unlock another 2 packs for me

i did all my challenges and I’m just getting smoked by God squads in h2h, but those missing packs could be helpful 

is there anything I can do to make my XP update faster? Is it normal for it to take well over a hour+ ? Is anybody else having these issues?

Unfortunately, if you're talking about the weekly objectives, if you lose your matchup you don't actually gain the progress for that game.

Under the Competitive Pass section it says the following:

"To raise the stakes even more, most weekly objectives will require users to win as well in order to gain progress. Daily and Seasonal objectives can be progressed in wins and losses."

No I mean the “get 15000 season xp for completing daily challenges for two days” thing 

today is my second day but it just won’t update. It said 1/30 when I first logged in and still says 1/30
