I posted the fix on another thread a couple days back you might be able to search for.  But cliff notes:  You have too many unique players on your team.  Get it down to 53ish

Had this happen to me a few days ago. The fix is to go to the lineup page and click  "Generate Best Lineup". You can modify after if you want to make an tweaks and it'll get rid of the server error message.
