How does that make any sense.  They are an elite and can be powered up.  Tried giving 81 Seau Pats chem.  and there isn’t even an option…..

Doesn’t make sense that other elites of the same OVR like Headliners or Core Set can change team Chen, but the legends can’t.

I was able to change my 84 Jevon Kearse to Eagles chem.  I just paid the normal 5 training and it opened.  I don't know about 81s.  I only pulled 78s and 84s so far.
