The app is vital to those of us that can't be at our console all day. It COULD be so awesome, just like everything else, it's just not. Does EA realize how much value the companion adds? Sadly I don't think so. It never gets mentioned.

You think EA is capable of doing all that by Halloween? I’d say Easter at the earliest and we’ll get a gold player pack as a makeright

Let's not rush things here. They should all be sorted by the time golden tickets are supposed to be released. Can't expect a gold pack as make rights might be too large of a financial burden on them.
