People need to start paying attention to things.

I see so many people posting how they accidentally logged into xbox one Mut. That is why us Xbox players aren't getting out RP players right now is because ppl can't pay attention to anything. I do agree that they shouldn't of let you be able to download old gen version if you bought it for new gen and they were terrible at communicating that I guess dual entitlement is no longer a thing for Madden for some reason but I still blame all of you all for our late RP players 😆 😆 😆

I cannot fathom how people downloaded the wrong version. Maybe xbox is super confusing or something, but when I went to predownload my game, it very clearly was marked ps4 version and ps5 version…

I almost downloaded wrong version but my xbox told me another version would suit my console better.   I didn't notice the difference.  I can see how that could have happened.

I can see how it can happen also. Im on Xbox series X and the new gen version didn't have the X/S logo on it. Im just salty 😆 😆. Plus they didn't communicate at all with players about dual entitlement not being a thing anymore. I'm glad I didn't pre order the game on xbox one a month ago thinking that dual entitlement was still a thing cause I thought about it cause I knew I was going to upgrade in time for Madden 24 to come out.

Xbox was not clearly marked.

I intentionally downloaded the wrong version hoping it would delay the RP launch.

I cannot fathom how people to continue to grind Madden in the summer for useless cards in the next version.

Go outside next year, EA won't change.

They had identical labeling dude.

they literally have a page dedicated to dual entitlement being a perk of buying m24, they just fine printed the shit out of the fact that the accounts would be separate and they had no gameplan whatsoever for how to apply dual entitlement to drops and content that should be delivered to both accounts.  i'm not getting my twitch drops in the right place solely bc they didn't plan this out well.

The title of this post should be “EA shouldn’t put out incompatible dual entitlement games with identical labeling and then account bound valuable content to an obsolete version of the game for nearly a week with no timeline for a fix.”

I bought points and opened a platinum pack on old gen. Those points plus my deluxe preorder have been stuck on that version of the game and EA Help has been giving me the runaround since Monday night. 

I didn’t know I was on old gen until I equipped the Jets playbook and it was last year’s version.  By then it was too late…

EA fixed the game icons to add “X/S” labeling in Xbox well after the launch of the game. 

This isn’t on the players.

It wasn’t on Xbox. I sent a screen cap to EA Monday night with two identical icons in my game tray before the updated the X/S version.
