The game is literally unplayable for me. My game crashes. I've done a few steps already and can't find a solution. It's miserable. Madden 24 is the only game this happens on. CPU usage in game goes to 100% and GPU is low.

1080ti is kinda pushing it, butif you overclock it with msi afterburner. you might be able to allocate more performance to your gpu. also check your bios for xmp to be on

To me that's crazy, minimum specs say 1050ti would be fine. Again it isn't my GPU that's the problem. I play other games WAY more intensive than M24 and have 0 issues. I'm just lost

yeah i know i understand, but madden right now isnt optimized so it wants to use your cpu for the cache, so if you overclock the gpu just alil itll help

Ok I will give it a try. Still weird why I’m having this issue when others are not. I have friends playing just fine with worse specs.

A 1080ti is pushing it?! With Madden? Tell me you know nothing about hardware specs without saying it dude. I get you may not know and are learning, but that's just plain wrong.
I'd check Task Manager to see if something else is draining resources.

1050 Ti is the minimum, and the recommended is a 1660, a 1080ti is still good enough, but it is pushing toward the minimum line, no hate toward a 1080ti, its still a really good card. but as of rn madden 24 isnt properly optimized for pc, thats a fact, and typically when your cpu is running higher its being utilized more than the gpu, meaning it could be a gpu bottleneck

Ever find a fix yet? I have an I7 and 3060ti and cannot play an online game still and have tried every suggestion on the internet. Had similar problems occassionaly in M23 but in 24 it is every game except mut squads (only 1v1). Noticed today while messing around that my cpu pushes up to 100% while playing madden h2h. All other games run great besides madden
Some potential fixes that have mostly worked for me (I also have 3060 Ti):
If you have an nVidia card, go to its Control Panel and change GL rendering from Auto Select to your GPU. This greatly reduced the strain on my CPU.
Also, some suggest that going into Window's Graphical Settings and putting up the Madden app on High Performance fixes issues. Didn't work for me, though.
