Has anybody received them on their other console? I got it on my old gen, but not my new gen. I got all the other preorder packs and josh allen on new gen. I know ea said the preorder stuff has been rolled out. just missing points now.

All EA Help will do is direct you to MaddenNFLDirect which has communicated nothing since PlayStation users got their PS5 points a week ago. They have also ignored multiple refund requests from me and others.

You should post on here and contact EA Help as well, although I am convinced no one is paying attention since their game is a buggy mess and their servers are melting down.
There are dozens of us who have had no access to paid for points for nine days now and no communication from EA.

I'm having the same issue. I've been emailing back and forth with EA help but they keep asking for proof of purchase over and over again and aren't doing much to help. I reached out to Microsoft as well to tell them that EA sports isn't providing people with the bonuses that they paid for. Highly doubt either will help.

I was able to get my 4600 Points on both PS5 and PS4 Pro, i believe. Will confirm tonight and update if i misremembered... barely use the old console, it's mostly just so i can remote play the PS5 from the comfort of my bed.

Yeah, that is the thing I don't get. I think they don't want to dupe grant or something, but it would not matter, cuz we all just playing on one platform. Why would you play Xbox one when you have X?
I think issue is some deluxe folks got their points on X and EA can't differentiate who, so they leave us in the dark and hope we go away. They don't want to dupe grant others who already have 4,600 on X because they luckily booted up the right version.
Had they just did it in tandem with the deluxe content fix, would have been fine as those who did not have deluxe content also obviously did not have points either. But they botched that I guess...
EA fix it or communicate. Talk to your community.
