Does putting a player out of position change there stats?

I want kam but have Berry, if I throw Berry to FS, will it affect his stats? Thanks

No but you won’t get the chemistries for that player

If you care about the overall number on the card, yes. Otherwise it doesn't change the core stats. I personally think the overall rating is overrated, put the best guys in the best spots regardless of the number is how I do it.

Early on in the year of really any new Madden game I just put people where I need them especially if they're off theme from my team. But 89 is still very good for you.
