This is my first year playing on next gen. On old gen, if I set 2 safeties back to back in my depth chart for sub lb, they would both be my sub lb in nickel. this year, I have Ed reed and eric berry back to back on my depth chart for sub lb yet when I run nickel, only reed is a sub lb and my starting MLB is the second sub lb. any Ideas on a solution?

One of them has to be a backup SS/FS and it’ll fix this issue.

you probably have him starting at one of the deep safety positions. That overrides sublb
