Wanted to make a thread post to see if anyone has some answers. So I recently gave my friend 250k coins and then I got an email from ea’s bot saying my coins were going to be wiped. I have never bought coins and this is my first offense so idk what’s going to happen.I had around 1.5mil but since I got the email I checked my account and it was fine. Which I though was weird. Since I thought I was going to lose all my coins I bought some packs and players off the auction. I’m just wondering if I will get auction house banned aswell? I’ve heard of people who have been coin wiped and then auction house banned days after. I can just sell some players to make coins back but I’m worried I’ll get coin wiped again and auction house banned. Am I good to go after one offense or should I expect my mut account to be dead in the coming days?
I had the same thing happen to me twice last year. The first time they reversed it and gave me my coins back the second time they reversed it and kept my 3.2 million coins. If you're lucky, you can appeal it and get your coins back if you're unlucky, you're just SOL. I wish you luck my friend.
Giving your friend 250k was probably what caused it. Did he put a silver or gold card up for 250k and you bought it? If so, that's pretty much coin distribution in EA's mind
Yeah they’re really cracking down on this. I don’t know how you still had them if you got the coin wipe e-mail so maybe it was a mistake. You’d have to check your ban history on the EA website. Cause that makes no sense that you still had the coins if they did coin wipe you. Last year same as the other guy they coin wiped me and then the next day coin wiped and AH banned me. I got it overturned cause I really didn’t do anything but the first time they said I was guilty and there was nothing you could do. It’s the worst trying to reach out to EA. I’m still waiting on my preorder points

Yeah I know that’s what triggered it. I bought some elites not one thing. I’m just wondering if I’m screwed for the year.

Oh yeah then You’re all good bro if you just got a sanction. Just don’t go and do that again or sell stuff that’s way over market for those overalls. I never sell for the max unless it’s an LTD. That’s when you’ll get the auction house ban. That’s what happened last year, one day got coin wiped then the next day I got coin wiped and auction house banned which was a completely different email and it actually said ban instead of sanction
