I don't know if there's a specific play? I feel like you want to mix it up in terms of blitz and coverage sets, because if you run the same setup repeatedly, eventually you'll just get beat over and over again.
In terms of formations: 3-3 Cub is what I run most of the time and I mostly love it. It's probably the most common?
Besides that, I have seen/ran(and probably lost to) Dollar 3-2, 3-3, Even 6-1 and a few others, so I would just say find the scheme that fits both your style and personnel and go with it. If you play well and adjust properly, you can win regardless of the formation.
