More Dsyncs and player drop outs with crossplay on. Problem is, everyone thinks they are an offensive genius and all want to play offense, I can’t get a game unless I play defense. When the offensive guy leaves after one INT, I get to use their crap team and crap playbook. HELP ME COPE!

I opt out of crossplay on any game I play. While I don't like it I don't mind playing against the Xbros but PC players don't have any business playing with console players bcs the gulf between KB & Mouse vs analog controllers is too wide. And besides the input method there is as you said the lag that often is something you just can't overcome.

I play on PC and use the same controller Xbox users do. I'm not sure I understand the issue there. Can you explain?

The issue Copen is talk about is most relevant for shooters. Because of how aiming works someone with a mouse and keyboard can be much more precise than someone with a controller is capable of. I agree with you though. I don't think that is particularly relevant when it comes to crossplay with pc in madden.

Side note, I got tired of shooters in high school. Needless to say the constant influx since then hasn't changed that.

What are you talking about??? Have you tried using m&k on madden? It’s literally unusable, all PC players use controller. And in most other games where the diff between m&k and controller matters, controller clears.

I play a few games where the mouse and keyboard is preferred myself. In fact probably even most games I play - strategy games and some action RPGs, some turn based games. Still pretty helpful to have the controller for other games, obviously.

It is mostly an issue in FPS which outside of Madden is my most played genre. It's not really debatable that a controller can't compete with the precision of a mouse. I don't fault anyone for using their preferred input method I just choose to avoid dealing with it all together.

What you're saying just isn't true 9 times out of 10 on COD specifically when I have to have crossplay enabled PC users aren't using controllers and I know that because it shows the input method on the prelaunch lobby screen. Maybe you're the exception but that doesn't make you the rule.

Oh I'd never debate that. Aiming in FPS games with a controller is pretty much settling for less in my book. I don't play shooters anymore though but to each their own.
