Game Frozen?

I’m sure most everyone has had the issue where the game freezes on the rewards screen and you just hit “b” to back out and it goes to the main menu.  Well now, the game is totally frozen.  I can do anything - just a black screen that only shows my Teaining Points in the upper right - no other info and I can’t exit, can’t do anything.  Just a black screen.  Anyone encountered this, and is there a fix?

It happened to me after every reward screen while doing the UK challenges.

I usually go through every challenge until I have to return to challenges. So I did entire AFC. Get out and it gets to first rewards screen. Get my reward, then circle (PS5 here) and nothing. So I dashboard, quit the game, then restart it. Go into Ultimate Team, and the next reward screen hits right away. Hit circle, same thing. Dashboard, quit game, restart game, ultimate team, rewards screen, circle, dashboard, etc.

Same thing with the NFC. Like I said in another thread, seems like there's some kind of issue everywhere  you look with this game. Hopefully they get their stuff together.

Yeah I had this happen and no solo battles it's funny how every time something new comes expect it to screw something else up, it's 2023 elon musk is attempting to put micro chips in people's brains and EA can't run a video game properly.
