I know Franchise mode is often unpolished in Madden and requires a lot of bug fixes, but I still love the concept and have worked on multiple franchise throughout M21-M23 (I do not own Madden 24). Anyway, here's my ongoing M23 Titans Franchise.
Here's the players I can remember:
QB: Felix Gary. Felix is a generational QB prospect I drafted with 96 Throw Power and 96 Speed. I still have the franchise, dude's like 36 now but still ridiculous. Just drafted his eventual replacement, who isn't nearly as athletic but is a hidden X-Factor with good running and throwing ability at 88 speed and 90 throw power.
HB: Micah Dyson (or Mike Dyson) from Miami. Dude was the best HB I ever used at 6'1, 225 lbs and 98 Speed. Originally he was a pure runner in an option scheme along with Felix Gary, but later on I realized the dude would cook everyone on wheel routes. He had a record 622 yard rushing game with 8 rushing touchdowns. He's retired in the Titans franchise and inducted into the virtual HOF as the best running back in NFL history. He's got a good successor though, another generational running back named Tremaine Smith at 5'10 and 235 lbs.
WRs: Eric Graves, Vince Scarborough (both retired). Eric Graves was a superstar receiver I found in the Bill's backups and traded for. He turned into the ultimate deep threat, even with only 94 speed. Never had incredible years since I was using Ravens playbook and basically didn't need to pass with Felix Gary and Mike Dyson, but he caught basically anything that I threw his way. Vince Scarborough was originally a 5'8 receiving HB with superstar dev, but obviously I couldn't use him at HB because of Mike Dyson. So I converted him to WR, and dude basically ran post routes for his entire career. Great WR duo, but never really elite.
TE: Can't remember his name (Edit, name is Craig Binns), but he's an X-Factor TE from Alabama who is basically Kyle Pitts 2.0. He is about 27 years old now in the franchise, 6'6 with 92 speed. I played him at WR for a bit to upgrade his route running.
OL: I'm blanking on the names, but I had some great linemen in this franchise, especially my RG (i think his name was Eddie Wilcox.) I ended up trading him to the Raiders when he was 34 and he retired after that season, but not before making the pro bowl one last time. Currently have a great superstar center from Auburn named Ronnie Schmidt.
CB: Never had a multitude of incredible DBs in this franchise, but I do have a 6'4 dude (Derron Gunter) from Oregon at X-Factor. He's in his early 30s now, so I'll need to work on drafting some DBs to replace him.
FS/SS: Had basically my version of Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde in this franchise (although i guess a better size comparison would be Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor): Theo Jackson at SS (6'3, 217 lbs) and a 5'9 dude at FS who I can't remember the name of. Both of them are in their 30s, and I believe I allowed the FS to walk in FA because he wanted too much money.
DL: Never had anyone crazy. Jeffrey Simmons was good for a while, but he eventually was traded and retired. Had some really solid players though, a DT who was on the team for 8+ years at Star dev and a Superstar run stopper LE.
OLB: Had an incredible pass rush duo with a veteran OLB who I can't remember the name of and his younger counterpart Tyson Corr (who is 28 or 29 now). Both in the 6'5 to 6'6 and 250-260 lb range. Corr is much faster though at 91 speed, but not as great with PMV and FMV.
MLB: Virtual HOF Josh Roman from Miami. I believe he was in the same draft class or just a little later than Mike Dyson, so I like to imagine they were college teammates. Dude led the league in tackles almost every year, ended up retiring after he regressed below 80.
