”Positive play” is literally EA’s slogan for MUT. We are talking about their literal slogan and their first MCS of the year. Weird people in this thread that think it's fine to drop any curse words/slurs on a live broadcast like this one. I would understand if it's a sole streamer doing their usual thing, but this a live broadcast from a company that loves to promote "positive play". Makes them look bad. And then people start bringing race into this and claiming others are salty of the success of these tourney players.... weirdos lol

madden is more about exploiting AI and programming issues than mastering the art of something.

like if there is a play that after certain adjustments the pulling guard will always get a pancake and create a huge lane, it’ll just be exploited. Or if there is a nano blitz that with the right set up causes a certain player to run in untouched, it’ll be exploited…and there’s no fun in that. It’s just cheese.

are these guys better than me at madden? Yes. Do I give any shit at all? No.

Dev was a bit lucky to beat Drini... so chest beating after that game was obnoxious. Especially when he knew he had to face Henry in the finals. He comes across as a spoiled brat.

As good as these guys are at Madden... at the end of the day, they're bragging about being good at something that's really insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

i don’t get trash talking during a game. Why would I be hating on this guy because *checks notes* he has one of the same hobbies as me? Super weird. Like…if you hop into mut with a guy with a god squad 88 OVR team you’re basically guaranteed the opportunity to have a conversation with somebody who plays the same game you do (and obviously a lot if he has a great team) and likes the same sport. Be nice! Nothing matters in madden lol

dude this is only the second forum I’ve opened today and it’s the second forum where *checks notes* you’ve attempted to learn everything about someone from how they play a video game. Relax. If how madden is played against you is that relevant to your daily life that’s kind of an issue. Henry is an adult who can say what he wants and you can disagree with him saying it (I woulda watched my language personally, my grandma woulda seen that lol). Just take a chill pill and enjoy your football teams this weekend dude

man if this thread was titled differently i would of had a opinion about it.....

but seeing this thread yes the language i over heard was a bit much some was appropiate with the emotion around it others well was already stated in this thread. i say it's part of the game. it's toxic but what game isn't as a multiplayer game i was playing fishing planet and other people we're cursing out each other about noobs giving out the wrong lure for fish the moment i logged into the game.

other thing, i seen a lot of people have different reasons of why they enter the stream mostly for packs, players, plays that might be meta in a few weeks (minority that turns into majority) sometimes i hate the data they are presented with to show their superiors about the game when in reality the consumers of the game are getting treated like a homeless person asking for a few dollars in front of the local grocery store or the late night shopper at 9:45 when the store closes at 10 pm.
