Hello, 

long Story short:

Did someone else not get the September EA Play rewards? Shall I contact the Support or just wait? 

Does someone else have experience with this?

Are you talking about the member rewards? i.e the packs? i asked about that too as didnt receive them nut they told me its because ive not fully bought the game, which to me doesnt make sense because i wouldnt need ea play if i had...

Yeah I mean the Packs. 

Needing to buy the game and ea play is ridiculous what the hell

i think the advisor didnt understand what i was asking but yeah, havent received any packs, just the pre order bills gear etc
