It's all about engagement metrics. They figure the longer they can keep you playing the more of a chance they have of you going to the store and spending real money. They don't want you to be in and out in 15 or 20 minutes.

it’s so easy.. just play the CPU in Solo battles on rookie. i get like 20 sacks a game

i'd have to say the field pass they improved the UI interface, gameplay is fun and quick, i just hate how the everything is tided to the field pass i miss the old format where if you played games of any sort you get XP for just playing not to mention saying this for the 1000 time the offline experience is SOOOO GARBAGE.

I agree. The catalog was EA's big new feature, but it has been a complete waste of time and resources.

Completely agreed.
This part is making the game less fun for me, and I know EA is doing it simply to make players appear to be engaging more with the content.
