Are you talking in game or on mut.gg?
As far as I'm aware there's no in game filter that would show you LTDs. Your best bet would probably be ovr and position maybe promo/name as well if there's still too many results.
On mut.gg you can use the player search feature. In custom filters there's an option for Limited Edition which will show you all the LTDs in the game if you set it to yes. But obviously that doesn't help much if you're trying to find LTDs for cheap
