No worries, with EA there are no dumb questions. You are supposed to get a pack or packs every month by being an EA Play subscriber. Some people got four last month, I didn’t get any, and some got four, two, or one this month. I’m not sure why people are getting different numbers of packs.

Do you have to claim them somewhere? I have game pass ultimate and that includes EA Play….no packs.
I never got any packs and when i asked they said i had to buy the game which didnt make sense..

You don’t have to claim them anywhere. They should pop up when you log into the game as long as you are a member on the pack date each month.
