Today there were 2 accounts that got past the site's spam measures, and they were removed as soon as they were reported. Yes the site is safe. The team is working on increasing the anti-spam measure on the site. We appreciate the community reporting those posts when they see them so that the Mod team can quickly remove the posts and the accounts.
