Anyone getting the message in the new companion app that “they’re not a valid ultimate team user?”
i used it a lot last year and I’m really hoping it’s not a comp app ban

Ok so its not just me, this happened to me just now as I tried to post a card to the auction.

i found out if we are OLD GEN , we dont get the App thats why we keep getting the error

OKAY GUYS UPDATE
it appears that this is caused by an item no longer being in your binder or already being up for auction. Not sure if old gen can use the app, I’m on new gen
Hopefully they update their info/refresh our binders more often and they add back the symbol for an item currently under auction

I just updated the app and started to tinker around with it. I tried to post a card on the auction hose and am getting the same message "they’re not a valid ultimate team user”. I haven't been on the game since Friday, so maybe that has something to do with it.

whats the name of this ap ? I've never heard of it but i guess this is only my 3rd year . what all does it allow you to do ?
