Who do the deferent program chems boost?

Say I get Tier 3 of Compatriots.  Does every player  get + 1 PMV, or is it just GG promo players, or is it  just the 4 players who have the Compatriots chem?

"Add players with the same Guardians Chemistry to your lineup to unlock boosts that apply to every player with matching Guardians Chemistry"

So players that get the Compatriots chemistry won't boost players that get the Legitimate Legs chemistry, or any other GG players/players on your lineup that do not get the Compatriots chemistry.

Perfect thank you.  hmmm have to think if its worth having 4 players just to boost the champion.
