Just do a set for 78 and use it, by doing a set you'll also get 1000 XP for the FP and unlock the 76+ card in level 2

Only 83+ get th chems to unlock the solos, so 78s don’t help

In addition, there are three of them that are not available as 83's this week, only 86's or the 89's.  The BND 86 OVR that I picked happened to be one of the three, but I refuse to buy $130K cards that I don't want for the other two.   My assumption, if EA were a sensible company, would be that next week's Part 2 will have the three 83's with the missing Chems from this drop, but since they are EA, who knows.
