I was able to get those by usering a dlineman and flicking the right stick down. You may have to hold L2/LT or R2/RT as well I forget exactly how you do it.

Is it something on defense, offense, both?
I'm genuinely curious because I beat all of the free Gridiron Guardians as well as most of the UKs first try. Now I will agree I found some of the UK challenges very tedious and longer than they needed to be. I even had to repeat a couple of them multiple times. But I wouldn't say they were hard. I don't want this to come off as me bragging but I know it probably will.
I just want to know what people are struggling with so that maybe I can help with.
Sorry if this is the wrong place for this as well. I know sometimes people just need a place to vent.
I am having trouble with the 2nd challenge in the Legs solos. You have one quarter to get 50 yards rushing, perform 5 ball carrier moves, and have to lead by 10+ points at some point in the quarter. I am having trouble with getting the rushing yards quick enough to then have time to stop them and get a FG. Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks
The second set of challenges are much, much easier.

User a DL and use the right stick to bull rush.

Oh that definitely seems like it could be a bit challenging. Full disclosure I haven't done that or any of the other ones you need specific tiers of chemistry yet. I can see why people would complain about that.
I'll try to help but again haven't done this one so my tips may not apply. It seems like the best way to do this one is to get a huge run. My go to plays in situations like these are outside runs and read option. You can also use inside runs if you prefer but I'm not very good at breaking those for touchdowns. For outside runs, I've had decent success with hb stretch from wing pair and wing stack in pats playbook. For option plays, you want the defense to let the QB keep and you usually can get a lot of yards with the QB.
Another general tip that might be applicable is try to avoid hurry up offense. At least for me, it seems like the defense will play the run better if you try to spam the same run play in hurry up at it.
I'm fine with it. Make people earn it rather than hand it out. The easy solos have gotten old already.

That's fine & all but if you're gonna increase the difficulty give us better rewards to play for. Make it worth our while.

There is a difference between making people "earn it" and making people waste time with a million solos for an unuseable card. For the amount of solos you have to do, we should get one of the champions. Maybe reward us for playing the damn game?

Push right stick down when engaged to perform a bull rush move
